How to use Elan Velvet-Liner liquid pencil for eyebrows and eyes
- For eyebrows:
- Outline the desired eyebrow shape with a brush, forming a line before colouring or applying makeup.
- Fill in the gaps between the hairs, moving the brush from bottom to top in the direction of hair growth.
- If necessary, gently blend the edges with a brush for a more natural effect.
- For the eyes:
- Apply a small amount of the product to the mobile eyelid or to the base under the eyeshadow.
- Blend until completely dry, creating a smooth tone or soft winged effect.
- If desired, set the result with dry eyeshadow to enhance the durability and depth of colour.
Formula features: a slight light coating may appear on the surface as a natural reaction of the ingredients to temperature - this does not affect the quality and safety of the product and disappears after first use.
