The Privacy Policy defines the terms of use by customers of the materials and services of the website beautyhunter.com.ua and the protection of their personal data.
This Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy establishes the procedure for processing personal data, the types of personal data collected, the purposes of using such data, the Administrator’s interaction with third parties, security measures for protecting personal data, the conditions of access to personal data, as well as contact information for the Customer regarding access, modification, blocking, or deletion of their personal data, and for addressing any questions that may arise in relation to personal data protection practices.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

2. SUBJECT OF THE PRIVACY POLICY
2.1. The Administration of the online store Website is obliged not to disclose and to ensure the confidentiality and protection of personal data provided by the User when registering on the online store Website.

5. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
5.1. Obligations of the Website Administration:

5.1.2. Ensure the confidentiality of personal data, except in cases specified in clauses 4.3 and 4.4 of this Privacy Policy.
5.1.3. Take all necessary measures to protect the confidentiality of the User’s personal data in accordance with the procedures commonly used in business practice for the protection of such information.
5.1.4. Block personal data relating to the relevant User from the moment of the User’s request, or the request of their legal representative or an authorized body for the protection of personal data subjects’ rights, for the period of verification in case inaccurate personal data or unlawful actions are identified.
5.2. Obligations of the User:
5.2.1. When using the Website, provide all necessary information regarding personal data required for the use of the online store Website.
5.2.2. Update and supplement the provided personal data in case of changes.

6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
6.1. The mandatory first stage of dispute resolution is the submission of a claim (a written proposal by a Party for voluntary settlement of the dispute).
6.2. The recipient of the claim must, within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt, provide the claimant with a written response regarding the results of the review of the claim.
6.3. If no agreement is reached through negotiations and claim submissions, the dispute shall be referred to a court of law in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
7. AMENDMENTS TO THE PRIVACY POLICY
7.1. The Website Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the consent or prior notice of the User.
7.2. The new version of the Privacy Policy takes effect from the moment it is posted on the online store Website, unless otherwise specified in the new version of the Privacy Policy.
7.3. If any provision/section of this Privacy Policy is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions/sections shall remain in full force and effect.
