Directions for use:
- Make sure the previous layer is fully polymerized and the surface Clean.
- Apply Party Top 02 in a thin, even layer, lightly smooth the finish if necessary, and seal the edges.
- Curing: LED 60 sec, UV 120 sec.
- Allow the coating to cool for 20-30 sec before applying care products.
