Hot Wax Fusion is a unique multidirectional, high-quality rosin and synthetic beeswax blend and can be used for all skin types.
It is an elasticated wax, rosin blend-based wax that has a silky application. It dries quickly, without breaking or cracking on removal. It can be used on all skin types. Wax Heater Temperature: To maintain a consistent temperature, set the wax heater between 52-60°C and keep the heater full of wax at all times. Test the wax on the wrist of the client before application.
Use disposable gloves for wax treatments. Use a clean spatula as double-dipping is not hygienic. Hot Wax Fusion is a multidirectional application wax that contains a synthetic beeswax blend and is recommended for the face, underarm, body and intimate waxing. Recycling wax is unhygienic and can cause bacterial and viral infections.
Step 1: Apply the Prep & Cleanse to a cotton pad and thoroughly cleanse the area to be waxed. Talc powder is recommended to be used on oily, sweaty, and sensitive skin types. Check the temperature of the wax before application so as not to burn the client's skin. Ensure that all consumables and accessories are on the waxing station, ready for use.
Step 2: Hot Wax Fusion is a LOW-temperature wax. This unique multidirectional wax formulation can be applied in the opposite direction of hair growth for strong darker hairs and applied in the same direction of hair growth for fine light coloured hairs. Removal is ALWAYS in the opposite direction of hair growth, parallel to the body, to prevent breaking the hairs or lifting the skin.
OPTION: Add 1-2 cubes/kg Supernova Depil Colour and/or Glitter cubes from the selected range for different options of colour and glitter shades.
Step 3: Apply Blue Ice After Wax Gel to the face, intimate and underarm areas after the wax treatment. A tingling sensation is expected due to alcohol content. Next, apply the Soothing protection cream, which contains Aloe Vera, to the waxed areas of the body. Advise your client of contraindications and homecare for waxing.
