Ideal for problematic, damp, or thin nails, it helps ensure long-lasting results even in challenging situations. Used as a base coat for other base coats or modeling materials.

Directions for use:
- Prepare the nail plate and thoroughly degrease the surface.
- Apply Biblioteka Scotch Base in a thin, rubbing layer over the entire nail surface and cure: LED - 60 seconds / UV - 120 seconds.
- Continue working with a leveling base or modeling materials.
