Oxidizer for paint RefectoCil Awf Color 3%

Oxidizing agent RefectoCil Awf Color 3% contains a complex of caring components from natural vegetable oils (palm, sunflower, jojoba and grape seed), designed to moisturize and prevent it from overdrying under the influence of the chemical components of the dye, and saturate it with vitamins.

Method of using the oxidizer: To improve the dyeing result, you must first clean and degrease the skin. Mix the oxidizing agent with the dye in equal proportions 1:1 (10 drops of oxidizing agent per 2 cm of paint) in a small container until a homogeneous creamy paste is obtained. Next, follow the instructions for using RefectoCil Color eyebrow and eyelash dye.
