A product for removing residues of oily textures before curling eyelashes or coloring eyebrows and eyelashes.
After applying the usual makeup remover, as usual, oily substances remain on the upper eyelid and eyelashes. Therefore, it is recommended to use RefectoCil Saline Solution with saline.
