Specially designed to create a cool undertone, this tonic quickly and effectively removes unwanted warm, copper, and yellow tones, giving the hairs a cooler and more natural color. The tonic has a rich blue color and a convenient dispenser that allows you to accurately measure the required amount of product, making it economical to use. The light texture of the product evenly distributes over the hairs and washes off easily.

How to Use:
- Clean the eyebrows with Okis Brow Shampoo and rinse with water.
- Mix Color Elixir Step 1 and Step 2 in a non-metallic container in a 1:1 ratio and apply the mixture to the eyebrows.
- Monitor the lightening process and remove the mixture when the desired shade is achieved.
- If a warm or yellow tone remains after lightening the hairs, mix Ice Tone with Okis Brow Shampoo in a 1:1 ratio.
- Apply the resulting mixture to the eyebrows and leave it on for 2-5 minutes, depending on the desired result.
- Rinse the mixture with shampoo and water.
- To complete the procedure, apply Aloe Concentrate to the eyebrows.
