Composition No. 3 is a professional product developed for care of eyebrows and eyelashes immediately after the lamination procedure. Contains panthenol, hydrolyzed keratin, as well as conditioning components that gently affect the hairs, restoring their structure, returning them softness and elasticity. The pH of the composition is 4.5-5.5.
