How to use the neon base Rubber Base Neon №04 from Moon Full
- Prepare your nails: remove the cuticle, shape and degrease the plate
- Apply base with a thin leveling layer
- Cure in an LED lamp for 60 seconds or in a UV lamp for 2 minutes
- If necessary, apply a second layer for a more intense color
- Seal with a top coat and dry
