How to use the Brown paint set with oxidizer for professional eyebrow and eyelash coloring from Binacil:
- For eyebrow coloring:
- mix 2 cm of paint and 10 drops of oxidizer
- apply the resulting mixture to the eyebrows and leave for 5-10 minutes for an optimal result - For eyelash coloring:
- mix 1 cm of paint and 5 drops of oxidizer
- apply the resulting mixture to the eyebrows and leave for 10-13 minutes for optimal results
