Pre-Depigmentation Powder for Eyelashes and Eyebrows provides maximum care and allows you to gently lighten the hairs to achieve the most vibrant and saturated result.
Included in the composition: rice extract, hydrolyzed keratin, silk and wheat proteins provide maximum protection, moisturize and strengthen the structure, smooth the surface of the hair, maintaining flexibility and elasticity. Does not contain ammonia.
Simple and convenient to use, when mixed with the Lash Secret activating lotion it gives a soft emulsion texture.
How to use Lash Secret Eyebrow and Eyelash Coloring Powder:
Evenly distribute the powder with the activating lotion over the surface of the eyelashes or eyebrows using a brush. Avoid getting the mixture on the mucous membrane of the eyes. Leave on for 5 - 15 minutes, depending on the desired result and the structure of the eyelashes and eyebrows. After the time has elapsed, remove the product with a damp cotton swab or disc.
