How to use Wona Eyebrow and Eyelash Paint
- Mix the paint with Wona oxide 3% in a 1:1 ratio
- Apply to eyebrows or eyelashes
- Holding time: 10-15 minutes (separately) or 6-8 minutes after lifting
- Rinse thoroughly with warm water
