Touch Carbide Nail Bit for Arch Filing
The Touch carbide nail bit is designed for nail modeling and correction when working with gel and acrylic. It is suitable for filing the nail arch, refining the underside of the free edge, and working on the transition between the natural nail and a gel tip where precision and controlled movements are essential.
Key Benefits
- Designed for working with hard materials such as gel and acrylic.
- Suitable for nail modeling, correction, and architectural shaping.
- Allows fast and controlled removal of excess material without excessive pressure.
- Suitable for arch filing and working in hard-to-reach areas.
- Removes material by cutting rather than conventional filing, helping reduce dust and shorten processing time.
- Stable cutting geometry provides controlled work with dense materials.
- Made of tungsten carbide for durability under intensive use.
- With proper use and care, the bit can be used for 2–6 months under intensive working conditions.
- Suitable for experienced nail professionals working with nail extensions and advanced correction techniques.
How to Use
- Use the bit to correct the modeled nail and remove excess material.
- For arch filing, work at medium or high speed without applying excessive pressure.
- Maintain the correct angle of the bit to avoid creating grooves or over-filing.
- Refine the underside of the free edge and the transition between the natural nail and gel tip.
- After use, clean and disinfect the bit according to the recommended care procedure.
Care and Sterilization
- After each use, mechanically clean the bit with a suitable brush.
- Soak the bit in a dedicated cleaning solution for burs and nail bits or clean it in an ultrasonic cleaner.
- During disinfection, follow the recommended solution concentration. Excessive concentration may damage the bit coating.
- Dry-heat sterilization is permitted only when the bit is completely dry and at a temperature of no more than 180 °C.
- Store the bit in a dry place.
