Luna Moon Carbide Nail Drill Bit, Green, Cone Shape, 3.2 mm
The Luna Moon carbide nail drill bit features a cone-shaped head with double green fluting. It is designed for artificial coating removal, nail corrections, and arch filing. The medium-coarse longitudinal-transverse fluting efficiently removes material, including hard and hybrid coatings. The tapered shape is convenient for working across the nail surface and reaching difficult areas.
Key Benefits
- Cone-shaped head for artificial coating removal, nail corrections, and arch filing.
- Double green fluting with medium-coarse abrasiveness supports fast, even material removal.
- Longitudinal-transverse fluting helps reduce material buildup on the bit during use.
- Suitable for working with hard and hybrid nail materials.
- Tapered working tip is convenient for reaching difficult areas.
- Tungsten carbide offers strength and wear resistance.
- Collet centering checks support smooth operation and help reduce vibration.
- Recommended speed: 25,000–35,000 RPM in Forward mode.
How to Use
- Insert the bit into the e-file and select Forward mode.
- Work at 25,000–35,000 RPM, adjusting to the material type and nail condition.
- Remove the coating or perform corrections using smooth, controlled movements. Avoid staying in one spot or applying excessive pressure.
- After each use, clean the bit with a dedicated brush, then use a suitable bit-cleaning solution or an ultrasonic cleaner.
- Follow the recommended disinfectant dilution. Before dry-heat sterilization, ensure the bit is completely dry and do not exceed 180°C (356°F).
