The Karo Base Rubber rubber base — a reliable foundation for gel-polish coatings, designed for professionals who value versatility and quality in their work. This medium-viscosity base spreads easily across the nail plate, won’t run, and provides perfect adhesion to subsequent layers. Thanks to its elasticity and strength, it’s ideal for reinforcing natural nails as well as securing decorative elements — rhinestones, beads, and other design details.
The base’s formula has medium acidity, making it safe for most nail types and comfortable to work with. It’s suitable for both salon and home use, especially on short to medium nails. However, the base isn’t recommended for leveling long nail plates — for those, a firmer architectural base is better.
Karo Base Rubber performs exceptionally well on nails with high moisture levels (hyperhidrosis) — it’s recommended to apply a dehydrator before use. The product has a stable structure, doesn’t shrink or peel, and maintains coating durability throughout the wear period.

How to use the Base Rubber rubber base 15 ml by Karo
- Prepare the nail plate: filing, degreasing, removing the pterygium
- If necessary, apply a dehydrator and primer
- Apply a thin layer of the base and spread evenly
- Cure under a UV lamp for 2 minutes or an LED lamp for 30–60 seconds
