Biblioteka Cover Base №14 — a camouflage base coat with a medium consistency that is easy to control during application, self-levels well, and creates a smooth surface with a delicate nude shade. Suitable for light leveling of the nail plate, as a base for design, or for wearing on its own as a nude coating.

How to use:

\ \Prepare the nail plate.\ \Apply a dehydrator and acid-free primer to enhance adhesion.\ \Apply Scotch Base with a thin, rubbing (scrubbing) layer.\ \Cover the nail with Biblioteka Cover Base, performing light leveling if necessary.\ \Cure: LED \— 60\–90 seconds / UV \— 120\–180 seconds.\ \Finish the coating with Clear Top UV (glossy) or Fog Top (matte finish).\ \
