Elan Milky Mousse cleansing foam

Professional foam mousse for preparing eyebrows and eyelashes for dyeing and modeling procedures. The tool effectively cleans and degreases the skin, eyebrow hairs and eyelashes, and also helps to fix the paint. Has a soft sulfate-free base.

«MILKY MOUSSE» also acts as a care product, because it contains 18 nutritious plant amino acids. Therefore, the use of mousse helps strengthen the hairs and gives them elasticity.
