Method of application:

1. Preparation:Make sure the client's eyebrows are clean and dry before starting the procedure.
2. Mixing: Dilute the eyebrow dye with the oxidizing solution from Permanent Lash&Brow in a 1:1 ratio in a non-metallic container.
3. Application:Apply the mixture evenly to the eyebrows using a brush or applicator.
