Thuya liquid neutralizer is the second composition for laminating eyelashes and eyebrows from the Spanish brand Tuya. It gently, carefully, and qualitatively neutralizes the chemical effects of the first composition.

At the same time, composition No. 2 of Thuya for laminating eyelashes and eyebrows is easy to apply and very economical in consumption. It provides the final stage of the perm of eyelashes, helping the lashes to keep the shape that was given with the help of pads. Thuya Neutralizer Liquid works great with Thuya Professional Line.

Thanks to the long-term brow styling procedure, you get perfectly shaped eyebrows without the effect of sticky hairs. The effect lasts 3-4 weeks. The procedure takes 20-25 minutes. In the complex, you can make the design and coloring of the eyebrows.
