Method of using Powder for coloring eyebrows and eyelashes Lash Secret:
Evenly distribute the powder with activating lotion over the surface of the eyelashes or eyebrows using a brush. Avoid contact of the mixture with the mucous membrane of the eyes. Hold for 5 — 15 minutes, depending on the desired result and the structure of the eyelashes and eyebrows. When the time is up, remove the drug with a damp cotton swab or disk.
