Oxidant solution from Permanent lash&brow, 30 ml

Oxidant solution is a product that, together with eyebrow dye, gives an excellent coloring result. Stable coloring up to 4 weeks!

Contains hydrogen peroxide.

How to use: dilute the paint with the Permanent lash&brow mixing solution in a ratio of 1:1. Apply paint to clean eyebrows, rinse with water after 10-15 minutes.
