RefectoCil Brightening paste Blonde Brow
The brightening paste is an indispensable product for those who have dark eyebrows and who want to change their natural color.
This product is used to:
- to achieve a natural shade of eyebrows and eyelashes;
- before applying dyes of such shades: graphite, light brown, chestnut, red;
- for lightening dark eyebrows in order to correct color for dyed hair;
- to even out the shade of gray hairs before coloring them.
The oxidizing agent for this dye is: Refectocil Cream Developer 3%.
