Permanent cream dye helps to achieve the effect of “powder eyebrows” - it ensures a denser color and durability of the dye on the skin. Easily copes with tweezers, tattoo overlap, and voids.  Demonstrates high durability: on the skin up to 10 days, on hair up to 40 days.

Method of use: degrease the skin with OKIS BROW eyebrow and eyelash shampoo, mix the cream color with the oxidizing agent in a non-metallic container 1:1. Apply the color mixture evenly to the eyebrows and hold for 1 minute to 15 minutes. Then wash off with OKIS BROW paint fixative. The exposure time can vary the color intensity from 1 minute to 15 minutes. The paint exposure time is up to 15 minutes, allowing the master to apply the dye in perfect lines and in a dense layer.
