How to use Arctic protein eyebrow powder 2 in 1:

• Mix 1 part liberator powder with 2 or 3 parts oxidizing emulsion. 1.9 or 3% (depending on the chosen technique), apply the mixture to the eyebrows.
• Leave for 5-10 minutes depending on the desired result
• Using a sulfate-free shampoo, cotton pad and water, thoroughly remove residue.
