Composition No. 3 for lamination of eyebrows and eyelashes Elan Cera Healer

Cera Healer is used at the third and final stage of the eyebrow and eyelash flexing procedure. The product provides effective restoration of the hair structure and its natural pH level thanks to a combination of linolenic acid, panthenol, NP ceramide and olive oil.

How to use: After Serum 2, apply Serum 3 Cera Healer to eyebrows or eyelashes. Exposure time: 5 min. Remove any remaining product using a cotton pad moistened with water.
