Elan Collagen Active Balancing Toner
A professional tonic designed to restore the pH of the skin after the cleansing phase, as well as to tone and deeply moisturize it. The special formula of the product with amino acids, betaine and urea is suitable for all skin types, especially those prone to dehydration.
The pH of the tonic is similar to the physiological pH of human skin.
Collagen Balancing Toner is formulated with all skin types in mind to help restore pH after a cleansing step, as well as tone and retain moisture.
Features of the composition of the product and the functions of some components:
- collagen and panthenol contribute to the restoration of the structure and hydrobalance of the skin, increase its elasticity and firmness;
- powerful NMF complex based on amino acids, salts of pyrrolidinecarboxylic acid, betaine and urea ensures the preservation of the optimal level of moisture in the skin cells, prevents peeling and dryness;
- lactic acid has a mild and smoothing effect.
