The tonic provides thorough cleansing and simultaneously tones and moisturizes the hairs and skin around the eyes. Thanks to rice bran protein hydrolysate and betaine, Clean Tonic activates the synthesis of collagen and elastin, strengthens the skin, eliminates flabbiness and atony.
