Biblioteka Cover Base No. 15 is a camouflage base of medium consistency that is easy to control during application, self-levels well, and creates a smooth surface with a delicate nude shade. It is suitable for light leveling of the nail plate, as a base for nail art, or for standalone use as a nude coating.

Application Method:

\ \Prepare the nail plate.\ \Apply dehydrator and acid-free primer to enhance adhesion.\ \Apply Scotch Base in a thin, scrub layer.\ \Cover the nail with Biblioteka Cover Base; perform a light leveling if necessary.\ \Cure: LED \— 60\–90 seconds / UV \— 120\–180 seconds.\ \Finish the coating with Clear Top UV (gloss) or Fog Top (matte finish).\ \
