Biblioteka Cover Base No. 4 — a camouflage base coat with a medium consistency that is easy to control during application, self-levels well, and creates a smooth surface with a delicate nude shade. Suitable for light leveling of the nail plate, as a base for nail art, or for standalone use as a nude coating.

How to use:
- Prepare the nail plate.
- Apply a dehydrator and acid-free primer to enhance adhesion.
- Apply Scotch Base in a thin, scrub (rubbing) layer.
- Cover the nail with Biblioteka Cover Base; perform light leveling if necessary.
- Cure: LED — 60–90 seconds / UV — 120–180 seconds.
- Finish the coating with Clear Top UV (glossy) or Fog Top (matte finish).
