How to Use:
- Perform standard nail plate preparation.
- Apply a thin layer of clear elastic base coat (substrate) and cure.
- Apply Saga Professional Color Base (the one-drop technique can be used), carefully level, and cure in a 48W LED lamp for 60 seconds.
- If necessary, continue with color/design and cover with a top coat according to your chosen technique.
